The Modern Orthodox Voice in the Public Sphere
Ne’emanei Torah Va’Avodah promotes Orthodox voices – all too frequently unheard – in the media. We respond to issues of the day on education, the relationship between religion and state, women’s rights and religious pluralism.
Our two publications are supplemented by our website, Facebook and other social media. All aim to build bridges between the religious and modern worlds and advance an open and honest dialogue within the Orthodox community.
Et Lidrosh is a leaflet dedicated to the weekly parsha; De’ot is a journal that discusses Religious Zionist values and society. Moreover, Ne’emanei Torah Va’Avodah has created an app, Yomi, to keep people connected to Jewish learning and practice and has plans to upgrade its website and supplement its social media presence. Our spokesperson is dedicated to raising awareness about our cause and issues. Finally, we hope to hold a conference on Religious Zionism in the near future.
